Job Description
You will be providing Administrative support to a psychology practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbox
- Responding to client queries and problem-solving
- Managing and scheduling client appointments
- Processing payments and rebate claims
- Keeping invoices and receipts organized
- Keeping client records up to date
- Team and rooster management and coordination
- Uploading weekly blog posts
- Uploading weekly newsletters
This job will require an understanding and knowledge of how PowerDiary works. Training will be provided.
This is a part-time (2 hours) home-based job. You will be required to work from 10 AM to 12 PM Pakistan Time, 5 days a week. Saturday and Sunday will be off.
Starting pay is Rs. 30,000 with a 3-month probation period. Subject to increments and bonuses depending on performance, attention to detail, and consistency.
Please note: No Pakistani public holidays will be provided.
This offers long-term work with the possibility of an increase in working hours and salary package.
Requirements & Skills
Pre-requisits:
- Impeccable written and spoken english
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Quick learner with ability to figure out things on their own without constant supervision
- Prior freelancing or virtual assistance experience
- Must have intermediate skills working on MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must be punctual and able to work during the specified hours for long term.
- Must have a good PC with reliable power backup and internet connectivity.
