Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Maintain a secure and organized sign-in and visitor registration process.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
