Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Maintain a secure and organized sign-in and visitor registration process.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
