Admission Officer

As an Admission Officer at Cosmic Advertising, you will be a key contributor to our mission of attracting and enrolling students who will excel in our academic programs. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we admit individuals who align with our institution's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment: Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Attend college fairs, conferences, and other events to represent our institution and attract potential students.
• Application Review: Review and evaluate admission applications, essays, transcripts, and other supporting documents. Make informed decisions regarding admission offers.
• Admission Counseling: Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for our programs. Communicate our institution's values and benefits effectively.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant information, decisions, and communication interactions. Utilize our admissions software and databases effectively.
• Admission Events: Assist in organizing and hosting admission events, including open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
• Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to track admission trends, yield rates, and other relevant metrics. Use this information to inform admission strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in admissions or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of admission software and databases is an advantage.
