Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at MISL, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a candidate with a well-established contact book, in-depth industry knowledge, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Use your existing network and knowledge of our industry to maintain and expand relationships with current & new clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • New Business Development: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and clients.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit various customers and manufacturing facilities to gather business information, understand production capabilities, and assess potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to tailor our products and services accordingly.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contracts, to secure profitable deals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and visit various factories and client locations.
  • People with experience in organisaations such as Descon, Pearl Engineering & the likes will be preferred
