Since, its establishment in 2001, the company is providing professional interpreters mostly to public sector organizations in the UK. We have been supplying interpreting and translation services local and nationwide covering 200 core languages and dialects throughout the UK. To date our 20,000+ strong work force of face-to-face interpreters speak over 435 languages and dialects as well as rare and exotic languages. Our 1,000+ translators are all UK based with a cover for over 200 languages which can be translated to and from English. We have robust systems to manage our pool of translators and interpreters across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system across the business for ISO standards in particular ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, regulations and legislation
• Conduct internal audits and maintain audit schedule to ensure compliance
• Identify areas of risk and develop internal controls to mitigate against them
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and educate staff on ISO 9001 and the quality management system to increase awareness and promote a culture of quality across the business
• Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Qulification & Skills:

• You will have at least 3 years’ experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management level
• UKAS accredited Certification Body Management is desirable
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• APM PFQ, PMQ or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus
• Results orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion
• Experience of managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 is desirable
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to produce written reports to a high standard
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity

Work mode:

Work from Office.

Shift Time:

UK Times 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
