Job Description
- Quarterly run the process of reporting structures review in close liaison with all department heads and ensure that it is updated according to respective organizations’ needs.
- Document revisions in Job Descriptions, Key Results Area (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all positions in the structure as per requirement.
- Timely develop JDs and KPIs for all new positions in structure.
- Assist in Manpower Planning on quarterly basis by providing relevant data to Head HR & OD.
- Report manpower addition to Head HR & OD along with job analysis and rationale.
- Perform recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions in organogram.
- Provide required manpower on time in assigned departments.
- Do selection interviews for all positions.
- Assist in execution of annual “Management Trainee Officer” (MTO) Program as per policy and procedure.
- Responsible to execute Performance Management System based on JDs, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators in the assigned departments.
- Fully comply with performance management policy and procedure and execute in full spirit in assigned departments.
- Take timely actions if performance management system seems to be neglected in any departments due to any reason.
