Job Description
- Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid & postpaid.
- Stock Management
- TSO, CPO management and ensuring their Targets Achievement & market visits.
- Overall franchise management , their receivable through franchise visits
- Overall target achievement.
- Market analysis & Feedback
- Strong working knowledge about Agriculture Industry & strong analytical skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
Requirements & Skills
- Make monthly Tour plans for their & their Teammates and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
- Update Tour plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
- Visit Customers and markets in accordance with approved weekly Tour plan
- Submit a detail market Tour report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit
- Maintain excellent work relationship with existing Franchisee in designated area.
- Develop new potential Franchisee within designated area in accordance with company’s Franchisee policy.
- Regularly perform stock movement analysis for individual Franchisee, prepare an ideal item mix for them based on location & stock movement and counsel Franchisee accordingly to improve their sales and profitability
- Update Franchisee on their achievement against given targets and motivate them for improved performance
- Mentor Franchisee & staff regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities & distinctions
- Penetrate in markets of designated regions to secure additional sales while improving overall effectiveness
- Ensure Franchisee does not violate company policy otherwise inform supervisor immediately both verbally and in writing
- Be very vigilant on competitors’ activities in the market and keep immediate supervisor up to date on new developments
- Ensure excellent working relationship with Franchisee in the designated area and resolve their issues
- Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor
- Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing
