Demonstrate baseline competency to perform quality testing duties as per policies and procedures, perform assigned tasks under direct supervision, writing the test plan and implementation, log and track issues, and work with development staff to reproduce problems and verify fixes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in Implementation of Procedures and Processes under the guideline of the Polices. ·
- Responsible for Domain Analysis and learn different technologies as per needed. ·
- Hands-on knowledge of review per product documentation like SRS or without documentation with direct discussion with team. · Develop knowledge of Acceptance testing, Regression testing, GUI testing, and Maintenance testing. ·
- Participate in Integration testing, Performance testing, Stress testing and Installation testing etc. in the large functional and non-functional systems. ·
- Testing Execution and Recording of Results inform of problem logs or reports to the stakeholders. ·
- Work closely with the development project team on all aspects of the product, proactively. ·
- Resolve problems and communicating QA issues to the rest of the project team.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years’ experience.·
- Graduate in computer science or related discipline.·
- Knowledge of software engineering standards and processes.·
- Good concepts of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle.·
- Good knowledge of databases like SQL.·
- Proficient in different Operating Systems.·
- Basic knowledge of test management and test plan documentation.·
- Ability to deliver Quality in the process as per and beyond requirements.·
- Ability to work on collective skills, individual skills, test team dynamics, fitting testing within the organization.·
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a part of a team.·
- Ability to read technical error logs.·
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment.·
- Willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies·
- Adaptive and a quick learner.
