Job Description
- Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Draft and update documents to supervise and apply HR practices. The candidate should be adaptable and creative in their approach to update the processes in a way to make it more effective.
- Ability to source candidates via job postings online, short-listing them through interviews and background checks in coordination with the concerned Departmental Heads. Negotiating their contracts, setting up and updating data-bases as per.
- Have a flair for numbers, an important part of the job is to calculate employees’ compensation, bonuses and allowance whenever required. Should be able to produce reports on payroll expenses and updating our internal payroll databases to ensure timely payments.
- Able to handle the social media of the company to come up with illustrative posts relevant to the tasks assigned.
- Handle day to day activities relevant to the HR policies, practices and procedures.
Requirements & Skills
- A degree in Human Resources would be preferred with at-least 3 years of experience in the field of sales and digital marketing as a plus.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and generally with Google Docs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to speak English fluently is a must.
- Ability to follow instructions in a timely and organized manner.
- The ability to maintain discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (leave policies, employment contracts etc.) will be a plus.
