Job Description
We are requiring the services of a Recruitment Marketer to develop our company's Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies. The ideal Candidate should be able to:
- Reach out to the potential and existing client companies via calls and different online communication mediums to promote our company’s open roles.
- Shape the profile of the available candidates to ensure that it is targeting the requirements of the client company.
- Getting the candidate to prepare for the recruitment process with the employer. Ensuring that our techniques are effective enough to get them hired.
- Reach out to the company’s clientele in a manner to maintain long-term good relations with them. Maintaining a strong pipeline is crucial to the job.
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers while building influential relationships with both.
Requirements & Skills
The Candidate must have:
- A Master's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field. A degree in Human Resources would be preffered. Prior experience in Digital Marketing would be a huge plus.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and generally with Google Docs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to speak English fluently is a must.
- Ability to follow instructions in a timely and organized manner.
- The ability to maintain discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
