• Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the real estate and property development sector.
• Understand clients' marketing needs and challenges, and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
• Develop and present compelling pitches and proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that client expectations are effectively communicated and met.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, pricing, and competitive landscape.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics regularly.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Roofs N Keys Marketing and build relationships.
• Continuously refine and improve the business development strategies and processes.
