Production Manager 2

1. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees/makers engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as Technicians, Milling mechanics, Polishers, Tuck checkers, Final checkers, Packers etc.
2. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
3. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
4. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
5. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
6. Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
7. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
8. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
9. Manage overtime schedule when required to complete the production task within specific time frame.
10. Enforce the safety and sanitation regulations to avoid from any disturbance/irritancy

Masters Degree
Language proficiency: Basic understanding of English reading & writing.
Communication capabilities: Must be capable to communicate the information effectively.
Awareness: Sufficient awareness regarding the surgical, dental and T.C instrument’s manufacturing process.
Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and other individuals for better performance.
Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Coordination: Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. roz inhZents and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. 3.
