Handle Basic Desktop / Laptop Troubleshooting
Diagnose and Resolve Technical Hardware / Software issues
1st level support for network connectivity
Administrative Support, Assets Management and Housekeeping
To assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software.
To maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to agreed standards under the direction of Manager IT
To install and configure operating systems and software to agreed standards.
To deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
