Construction Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all types of construction activities for different kind of projects.
• Responsible for Preparation of IPCs of all Civil & MEP and Structural works of the project.
• Preparation of bill of quantity for the material required for the project and cost estimation.
• Preparation of procurement of all material used for this project.
• Preparation of documents modifications which are necessary to the site condition.
• Preparation of material forecast.
• Preparation of budget of the project.
• Making all types of drawings (detail/shop drawing).
• Preparation, Checking and Auditing the Sub-contractor bills.
• Preparation, bar bending schedules.
• Materials inspection & approval for the construction.
• Analysis of Rates.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Have strong grip on AutoCAD, estimation of all kind of projects.
• Have strong knowledge of survey and know how to use survey all types of equipment.
• Any other task assigned by the company/head of engineering section.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably a Civil Engineer.
• 10+ years’ experience in supervision of new construction and remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management.
