-Creating and maintaining required forms of Sales Accounting
- Recording / Filing system for Sales accounts
- Ledger Reconciliations of Parties
- Daily Activity Reports
- Monthly Reports
- Data Entry / Invoices
- Variance Analysis
- Other related Sales Operations
Requirements & Skills
- At least three year experience in Pesticides industry
- Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking
- Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high level of professionalism.
- Ability to accomplish projects with very little or no supervision.
- Confident, mature and professional
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to respond in timely
- Goal oriented
- Maintain high levels of motivation throughout the position
- Time management skills.
- Flexibility and good work ethics.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- May able to Operate Different Financial Software
