We need resources that can bid on programming projects on elance, odesk and other freelancing sites. Prior experience is required. I don't care if you have technical background or marketing background, if you have done this kind of work before, please apply. Of course, if you have programming experience, that will be a big plus. I will prefer someone with technical background (PHP programming, WordPress programming, .NET programming etc) and basic knowledge of marketing. Person must have excellent communication skills, excellent written English skills.
