Responsibilities:
- Manage online store platforms and ensure all products are listed accurately with attractive descriptions and images
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Regularly update inventory and pricing details to ensure customers are informed about product availability and pricing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and developments in the industry to effectively market and sell products
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop effective product campaigns and promotions
- Continuously analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using online selling platforms and technologies
- Knowledge of the apparel and fashion industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in online product selling preferred but not required
- Strong video editing skills
