We are seeking a talented and imaginative Cartoonist/Illustrator to join our creative team and bring enchanting imagery to our books we have been contracted to create. As a Cartoonist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and expressive illustrations that complement the narrative and captivate the readers' imagination.

Responsibilities / skills :

• Collaborate with authors, editors, and the creative team to understand the visual requirements for each book project.

• Conceptualize and create original cartoon-style illustrations that align with the book's theme and target audience.

• Bring characters, scenes, and environments to life through expressive and engaging artwork.

• Iterate on illustrations based on feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the artwork meets the project's vision.

• Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for the completion of illustrations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cartoonist or Illustrator, with a portfolio showcasing your creative skills and style.

• Proficiency in digital illustration software and traditional drawing tools.

• Solid understanding of storytelling through visuals, including character design and world-building.
