Aunzton Communications UK is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Representative.Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in english speaking with a neurtral or british accent.Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. • Making outbound calls to international customers.
• Filling on line applications of customers.
• Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
• Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
• Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
• Meets commitments to customers
• Other duties as assigned.
• Shift Timmings: 2.00 pm to 10.30 pm

Mandatory Skills:
- Must have excellent capability of learning and serving
- Excellent English communication skills
- Long term stable job applicants
- British Accent (preferred)
- Ability to work in Night Shift.
- Familiar with MS Office and Internet Browsing
- Dependable & hard working
