Job Description

Need a reliable, hardworking person who could work independently. Who is proficient in computer, good at English and have sound knowledge of Book Keeping, Payroll, Sales Tax Submission and Payments Persuasion.

Work on accounting procedures from voucher making till profit loss statements.
Making company's accounting reports and bank reconciliation statements.
Dealing with foreign remittances and international vendors.
Dealing with all tax rates and slabs.
Record keeping, book keeping and filling responsibilities
E-filling and rest of the accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements & Skills

Candidate must be at able to

1) Prepare Management Accounts - monthly and annual
2) Raise Sales Invoice
3) Enter Daily Cash & Cheque entries
4) Maintain and enter Inventory
5) Prepare and enter daily payment vouchers etc.
6) Maintain Bank & Petty Cash books.
7) Reconcile Accounts
8) Prepare year end accounts
9) Liaise with Auditors
10) Dealt with E Filing of Sales & Income Tax
11) Handled payroll records
12) Calculate Gross & Net Profit
13) have knowledge of accounting ratios
14) Prepare product costings
15) Outdoor activity is a part of the job ie banking etc.
16) Calculation of depreciation
17) Inter company reconciliations
18) Maintain Fixed Asset register.
