Job Description

Communicating with clients and employees via e-mail, phone, and fax regarding customer orders, shipment status and other business activities.

1. Resolving customer complaints regarding sales.
2. Calculating prices of the products in association with CEO and Directors. Negotiating prices with cargo companies and Vendors. 3. Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Directing the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff and oversee their daily activities.
4. Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
5. Dealing with authorities like Dry Port, Airport, Chamber of Commerce, Embassies and others.
6. Acting as a representative agent to customers, public, government and other external sources. Maintaining invoice register and catalogues records.

Requirements & Skills

7. Preparing quotations/ Performa invoices, customs documents, invoices, bank documents, L/C documents, import documents, EE & EF statements, and other sales or export related documents.
8. Supervising the preparation of rebate cases, stickers for cartons, and advance payment vouchers

B.A with 1 Year atlest experience
