Quality Auditor - Call Center

- The Quality Auditor will be responsible to listen to the audio files and make sure that they are as per the compliance script.

- Identifying the Major & Minor Errors after hearing the audio with precision and highlighting the errors to the concerned department.

- Entering the correct information and details with accuracy in the Database
