IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and software applications.
• Develop and implement coding solutions for automation, system integration, and software development projects.
• Write, modify, and test code for applications and scripts using programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Planning, execution, and documentation of system upgrades, migrations, and patches.
• Perform system monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, coding practices, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related issues and support business initiatives.

• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Proficiency in coding using programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.
• Knowledge of system administration tasks and experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL) is a plus.
