Job Description: Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office communication systems, such as phone lines and email accounts.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and other external parties.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as required.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
