Job Description
- Provide support to Network Administrator in all Computer users and resolve all the issues related to their Computer systems, printers, scanners etc.
- Troubleshooting of all hardware, software and network operating system.
- Assist with the creation and documentation of IT systems and networks.
- Assist with technical documentation of systems and processes.
- Assist with technical documentation of systems and processes.
- Maintain log and list of required repairs and maintenance.
- Verify and provide technical recommendation for purchase of Hardware equipment.
- Any other duty assigned by the Head within the scope of this job.
Requirements & Skills
3.0+ overall GPA
* Pursuing a major in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related discipline
* Basic Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
