Job Description

Coordinate administrative services, support and handle specified tasks to run the office smoothly. The office coordinator is also responsible for handling and managing the reception in Islamabad Branch office.

To provide timely services in contribution to the success of the department

Requirements & Skills

• Manage the reception, divert phone calls, solve customer inquiries and take orders in the absence of the Sales Representatives.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials. Operate and ensure maintenance of office equipment, Place orders from supplier and check deliveries.
• Carry out general administrative duties such as booking of flights, hotels, coordinate with couriers etc. and negotiating the price.
• Responsible for contact and contract with travel agents, office supply/equipment suppliers
• Prepare suppliers invoices and submitting to Accounts Department.
• Coordinate with Sales agents and HR administrative related issues such as visa renewals, labour cards, insurance coverage, clearance, certificates and other HR related documents.
• Apply and Renewing OHC Cards and Merchandiser badge. Ensuring the transferred employees for their cards.
• Assist HR and Administration with given tasks e.g. on boarding: introduction programs, invitation to interviews etc.
• Assist Marketing with support on promotions/contests.
