Assistant System Administrator

We at Martin Dow are looking for Software Engineer for 1 year on contractual basis. This position is responsible for:
1. Provide assistance for administration of Network Servers based on Microsoft Products.
2. Provide assistance Administration & Maintain e-mail facilities.
3. Administration of Centralize Virus management Software
4. Provide assistance for administration of VPN connectivity
5. Take backup of Centralize Backup management Software
6. Support and Troubleshoot Network Resources
7. Provide First line of support for complex problem resolution of information & computing system
8. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Co-ordinate actions taken with central IT network administrators.
9. Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability. Ensure timely user notification 10. Ensure that Network user’s needs are met through the implementation of Network facilities that meet Group standards. (User Account, Account Policy, network Printing and J& K Drive etc.)

The candidate must be Computer Graduate with minimum 6 months experience.
