Job Description
- Testing and Inspection of all company products as per specification/Procedure given by design department
- Incoming goods inspection as per design specifications and sampling plan, also responsible for in process inspection at any time and at any stage of the production
- Inform the internal and external quality problems to the inspection line and improve the process.
- Ensure team members to comply with policies and procedures.
- Feedback quality problems to the production team and find a solution to improve quality level.
- Execute and implement quality activities in compliance with company goal
- Inform the internal and external quality problems to the group leader or assistant manager for necessary action actions
- Ensure team members to comply with policies and procedures.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors
- Prepare internal audit reports and present to Manager Quality Assurance
- Collection and analysis of data to identify the problematic areas
- Take corrective actions and root cause analysis of the problems
- Follow ups the non-conformance and close up the issue
