Job Description

  • Analyze, negotiate, monitor and review purchase orders to protect the profit interests of the company.
  • Review contractual agreements and resolve any problems that arise.
  • Work with the vendor to insure the product availability and to solve any pricing or other issues.
  • Contract creation.
  • Run Fax/ Error report to insure that all PO Faxes have been sent error free.
  • Placing purchase orders online through the system.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven skill in usage of procurement related systems, such as SAP.
  • Sound technical and professional knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Excellent problem solving skills required.
  • Solid research skills required.
