Job Description
- Analyze, negotiate, monitor and review purchase orders to protect the profit interests of the company.
- Review contractual agreements and resolve any problems that arise.
- Work with the vendor to insure the product availability and to solve any pricing or other issues.
- Contract creation.
- Run Fax/ Error report to insure that all PO Faxes have been sent error free.
- Placing purchase orders online through the system.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven skill in usage of procurement related systems, such as SAP.
- Sound technical and professional knowledge of procurement processes.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Excellent problem solving skills required.
- Solid research skills required.
