Team Lead (Call Center) 2

Depending on your English communication skills, your will be hired at 13000 - 20,000 pk per month. Excellent English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to international customers.
• Filling online applications of customers
• Appointment Fixing
• Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
• Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
• No Selling of products Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
• Meets commitments to customers Other duties as assigned.
• Shift Timings: 7 am to 2 pm
