Macro Pak Solutions is looking for intelligent and dedicated sales and marketing officers who will apply innovative techniques to market company's product/services and enhance company's .

Job Duties:

• Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Maintains customer records.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Soft Spoken, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking
• Planning & executing various marketing techniques for the promotion of Company’s products.
• Creating outdoor & telemarketing campaigns efficiently & effectively.
• Creating awareness in the market about Company’s products/services.
• Developing good relations with Company’s Clients.
• Responsible for enhancing Sales of Company’s products/services.
• Responsible for providing detailed report to indoor Marketing Executive regarding day to day activities and meetings with clients.
• Ability to follow up clients in case of receivables.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate should have some experience in sales and marketing field. Strong interpersonal & persuasive skills.Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent English speaking skills.
