CSR/ TSR for telemarketing, commision based campaign
 Receiving calls on behalf of the client
 Show courtesy to the customers / Follow basic rules of customer servicing
 Proper representation of the client while making calls
 Get the leads verified by the team lead or project supervisor before sending it to the client on daily basis

