Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Ensure the self-importation tasks are performed promptly.
- Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements.
- Keep logs and records.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Must be able to write SOPs and procedures.
Requirements & Skills
- Any knowledge of Descartes software would be a plus. Training will be provided.
- The knowledge of Incoterms and import-export operations would be a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferred.
- Advanced command of written and spoken English to coordinate US-based colleagues.
- Bilingual with written and spoken command of the Spanish language will be preferred.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant field.
A laptop and phone will be provided for a suitable candidate.
Since this position requires working with a US company, the job timing is from 3 PM to 11 PM.
Must be able to travel to the office located on Peshawar Road near McDonald’s.
The job is five days a week with occasional work on Saturdays.
We seek a long-term commitment from the candidates with a starting salary of Rs: 50,000 to 90,000, depending on experience.
