Senior Sourcing Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Team Management.
• Contacting suppliers worldwide to procure specific products at a given price
• Negotiate with suppliers about the prices and then get a quotation to share with the procurement team.
• Ensure timely purchase order is sent to the selected/shortlisted supplier
• Provision of completed documentation to suppliers to sign up
• Maintenance of record from initiation of contact with supplier till sign up completion
• Regular follow-ups with suppliers for sign-ups (Emails / Calls)
• Obtaining product files and quotes from different suppliers
• Inter department collaboration to ensure the output from sourced supplier
• Any other task assigned as per requirement.

Additional Skills

• Amazon FBA Wholesale knowledge will be a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
