Manager Finance And Accounts

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor financial performance against plans and budgets, and make recommendations to management on necessary actions to achieve targets
• Manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to support the company’s operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financiers
• Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are recorded appropriately
• Build and manage the finance function, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed
• Review and update financial policies and procedures in response to changing business needs and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies
