Requirements & Skills
- Visit 12 salons/ days
- Educate clients on L’Oreal’s various technical products
- Regular training (product, hands on, and sales) by L’Oreal to ensure that rep is completely comfortable with product knowledge and usage
- Develop a strong relationship with the salon owner/ manager
- Get salons ladies to come to the L’Oreal Academy to get training
- Communicate monthly promos and marketing launches
- Target achievement of turnover per salon.
