We are looking to hire a marketing personnel who will be responsible to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. Also manage the customer’s queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.
• Help create customer research databases.
• Creating marketing campaigns to promote products or services to different platforms.
• Research to target the best audience and maximize reach.
• Work to enhance organization’s brand identity.
• Dealing with customers through phone calls and email.
• Improve customer insights with data.
• Meet with customers and visit their locations and fulfill the customer needs.
• Communicate with customers effectively and clearly.

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

Extensive experience in marketing.

Computer proficiency.

Handling social media and excellent knowledge in MS office.

Build client relationships.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with a customer oriented approach.
