Job Description

AZ Movers is looking to hire a Inside Sales representative and Administrator.

The Ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have great communication skills both verbal and written and is a professional team player with a personality to strive and grasp opportunities.

The Ideal candidate will be one looking to grow their abilities and be a motivated individual who is looking for future growth.

AZ Movers will provide a competitive salary to the right candidate as well as other benefits.

Who should apply?

• Can work Full Time from 1pm-10pm (pst)

• Fluently speak English

• Communicate in English both Verbally and written

Responsibilities:

What your day will look like

• First Point of Contact to all customers calling in

• Provide support and Assistance

• Check all Emails

• Call all new enquiries within minutes of receiving them

• Get quotes and estimates out to customers within 24hours

• Send out Estimate, job sheets, invoices and other paper work where necessary

• Keep customers and drivers updated during and after the moves have completed
• Rigorous Follow ups to customers quoted or Not answered

• Liaise with Contractors for information and estimates

• Other Duties as assigned

Please remember this is a High Paced environment, things need to be done fast and efficiently. Pleas do not appy if you can't be there 1pm-10pm Mon-Friday. And on Saturday for 5hours.
