Job Description: Manager Legal Department

Meskay & Femtee Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd, a Pakistani vertically integrated business unit in grain processing, trading and export is looking for a Manager Legal Department with 5 years of experience. The successful candidate should be located in Karachi and have experience working in the Food Production industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal matters for the company and provide legal advice
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and coordinate legal disputes and litigation matters
- Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support and guidance to the business
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legal requirements that may affect the company

- Proven experience as a Legal Manager for 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the Food Production industry
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
