- Monitor CCTV equipment and detect suspicious and criminal activity
- Monitor staff and customer behaviour to ensure policies and procedures are being followed
- Respond to alarms and notify law enforcement as needed
- Maintain recorded footage and prepare reports on incidents
Requirements & Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in CCTV Operations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
