Branch Manager

Job Description: Branch Manager with 3 years' experience in company Mama Love located in Sialkot and working in Retail Industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring sales target and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve targets and maintain the highest standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure stock availability and minimize stock out situations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and initiate promotional activities.
- Communicate regularly with the Head Office and provide them with detailed reports.

- Proven experience as a branch manager or similar role with a minimum of three years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
