Requirements & Skills
The incumbent should have well versed understanding and proficiency in Speaking and listening English with various foreign accents. Calling different Wireless Network Companies on behalf of the customers to solve their Mobile Phone related various queries. Core function is to handle Mobile Exchange inquiry, Credit issues and credit services, Mobile Features and various services like GSM, Road Map and Mobile insurance etc.
