- Good working knowledge with any development tool
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound implementation concepts of OOP
- In-depth understanding of MVC paradigm
- Strong Data structures, Algorithm Analysis and Database Concepts
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic
- Willingness to learn
- Mobile development knowledge (iPhone / Android) is big plus
