Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections
  • To do the cold calling and visiting to the potential clients for the lead generation
  • Ensure that the pipeline remain full with qualified leads
  • Contact and maintain business relationship with new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a service
  • To survey the market and research on the competitors to find new sales opportunities
  • Observing and directing performance of the sales team
